Modern Warfare 3 Receives Major Update on November 17: Patch Notes Revealed
November 17 marked a significant update for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, with a plethora of changes and bug fixes included in the latest patch. From adjustments to gameplay, UIX, and killstreaks, to changes in Zombies mode, the update aims to enhance the overall gaming experience for players.

Players can now progress in the Armory Unlock without completing Daily Challenges, making it easier for players to unlock items through wins. Additionally, Weekly Challenges will now display the associated base Weapon for Aftermarket Part rewards. Gameplay changes have focused on movement improvements, with decreased sprint and Tac Sprint refresh delays after sliding. Changes to progression, challenges, Armory Unlocks, and Maps have also been made to correct unlock challenge tracking conditions, brightness adjustments in low-light areas, and spawn point adjustments in specific maps.
In the Killstreaks category, the Remote Turret has been under scrutiny due to exploits that allowed players to become invisible. The developers have stated that they are investigating further exploits with the Remote Turret and will re-enable its use once it is deemed safe.
The Zombies mode of Modern Warfare 3 has also undergone significant changes in the November 17 update. Several gameplay, enemy, stability, and progression changes have been implemented to address issues such as exfil timing exploits, duplication of weapons and scorestreaks, and spawn and stability fixes.
The update also includes a range of changes to Camo Challenges, including corrections for completion criteria and fix releases for the Golden Enigma and Golden Ivory Completionist Camos.
