Kourtney Kardashian slams criticism of her pregnancy at the age of 44 ‘How dare you!’

Kourtney Kardashian has a tough mother when it comes to the haters.

The founder and CEO of Poosh recently responded to negative online comments about her fourth pregnancy at the age of 44.

Kardashian is currently expecting her fourth child with her rocker husband, Travis Barker.

“These comments don’t affect me,” she told Vanity Fair Italy, as translated, in an interview published on October 13. “To those who make these comments, I just say: How dare you question God’s plan?”

Her faith in a higher power is why the reality TV star and Blink 182 drummer halted their in vitro fertilization (IVF) journey.

“We are officially done with IVF,” Kardashian shared her revelation at the premiere of the third season of “The Kardashians” on Hulu. “We wanted a baby more than anything, but I truly believe in what God has planned for us. If it’s a baby, I’m sure it will happen.”

“I know deep in my heart that it wasn’t meant to be,” she added. “And in fact, I kept telling Travis: If we are truly destined to have a baby, then it will happen. And that’s what happened: When we stopped forcing the process, it happened.”

Kardashian, who is expecting a baby boy with Barker, shares three children with her former fiancé Scott Disick: Mason Disick, 13; Penelope Disick, 11; and Reign Disick, 8. Their blended family also includes Barker’s daughter, Alabama, 17, son Landon, 19, and stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya, 24, from his previous marriage to Shanna Moakler.

Despite her home being full, Kardashian is excited about her pregnancy, and the fourth pregnancy might be a draw for the expectant mother.

“Physically I feel fine,” she told the magazine. “I love being pregnant. I’m obsessed with the idea of pregnancy! But this time, unlike the three before, I’ve been followed by a different group of doctors who, in the early months, gave me a lot of restrictions. No exercise, no Pilates, no caffeine, no flying. Even no sex!”

“Well, I guess all these precautions made me a little scared because I never had to be cautious before,” she continued. “It took me a while to let go of that fear, I think right after the surgery, I reached a point where I let it go, I stopped worrying.”

Kardashian’s worst fears almost came true when she underwent an “urgent fetal operation” to save her baby’s life. Fortunately, she and her unborn son made it through the challenging ordeal.

“As someone who has had three very easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn’t prepared to face the fear of having a fetal surgery right away,” she wrote in a post featuring a black-and-white photo of her holding Barker’s hand. “I feel like anyone who hasn’t been through a similar situation wouldn’t be able to understand that fear.”

“I will forever be grateful to my amazing doctors for saving our baby’s life,” she added. “I’m so thankful to my husband for rushing to be by my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterward, my love. And to my mom, thank you for helping me through this.”

Currently, Kardashian is focusing on staying positive.

“Now I talk to that baby every day, keep a positive mindset, keep my mind straight, and pray a lot,” she added. “And I feel very lucky and blessed. Yeah, I’m very grateful, yes. Not that I wasn’t before, but maybe because this one was so easy for me, I took this pregnancy for granted.”
