Matt Roloff Unable to Sell Farm, Removes Property from the Market Once More

Matt Roloff’s Farm is Still Unsold Despite Lowering Price

After repeated attempts to sell off a portion of his Oregon farm, Little People, Big World star Matt Roloff has been unable to make a deal. The property, which was first listed back in May 2022, has been taken off the market and put back up for sale several months later, with a lower asking price, to no avail.

This is the second time Roloff has marked his farm for sale; the first being about 18 months prior to the current listing. Despite his intentions to move towards “the next season of life,” the farm remains unsold.

The announcement to sell the land in May 2022 didn’t sit well with Roloff’s family members, particularly his son Zach, who accused his father of trying to create headlines ahead of the television show’s return. Zach criticized Matt’s actions, calling him a “coward,” and accusing him of manipulating the narrative.

Zach’s initial rant was supported by his wife Audrey, who accused Matt of not giving his children a fair chance to take over the farm. The fallout from the attempt to sell the farm has caused a major strain in the Roloff family, with Matt remaining estranged from most of his loved ones.

Despite reducing the price of the farm from $4 million to $3,395,000, no buyers seem interested in the property. Matt’s inability to sell his farm comes amid a surge of conflict and tension within the Roloff family.

Little People, Big World is set to return for another season, providing a glimpse into the ongoing struggles within the family. As the Roloffs continue to deal with tension and surprises, and as Matt and his partner Caryn look forward to building their dream home on the farm, it remains uncertain what the future holds for the Roloff family and their property.

Despite the distress caused by the family struggles, Amy, Chris, and the rest of the family are attempting to bring the family together, albeit with mixed results. Meanwhile, Zach and Tori’s lives are turned upside down when Zach requires emergency surgery.

As the family continues its journey, it is clear that Roloff’s farm remains an unresolved issue, causing a strain on their lives and our curiosity as to what the next chapter will hold for the Roloffs.
