Adrian Wilson, a highly rated four-star wide receiver, has announced his commitment to Arizona State.

Adrian Wilson, a standout wide receiver from Pflugerville (Texas) Weiss, has made a surprising commitment to Arizona State University, solidifying his place as one of the top ranked wideouts in the class of 2025. The four-star recruit, ranked as the No. 102 overall prospect and No. 19 wide receiver in his class, announced his decision while on an official visit to Tempe.

Wilson’s decision to commit to the Sun Devils comes after a highly productive junior season at Weiss, where he recorded 51 receptions for 927 yards and 14 touchdowns in just 11 games. His performance in his junior year followed a breakout sophomore campaign in which he caught 28 passes for 547 yards and eight touchdowns in eight games.

Standing at 6-foot-2 and weighing 180 pounds, Wilson had attracted offers from top programs such as Texas A&M, Penn State, and Ole Miss. He had previously been committed to both Oregon and TCU before ultimately choosing Arizona State. Wilson backed off his commitment to the Ducks in March before ultimately making his decision to join the Sun Devils.

Arizona State’s strong recruiting efforts have paid off with Wilson’s pledge, making him the sixth commitment in the 2025 class for the Sun Devils. Additionally, Wilson’s commitment has propelled Arizona State from No. 43 in the team rankings to just outside the top-25 at No. 27.

Wilson’s commitment marks a significant addition to Arizona State’s future roster, as the talented wide receiver is expected to make a significant impact on the field. The Sun Devils’ coaching staff is excited to welcome Wilson to Tempe and is eager to see his continued growth and development as a key player for the team in the years to come.
