Amsterdam, Netherlands – Beyoncé, the iconic singer-songwriter currently captivating audiences worldwide on her “Renaissance” world tour in support of her seventh album, made a powerful statement on Sunday during her concert in Amsterdam. The celebrated artist used the occasion to honor Juneteenth, a significant holiday in Black history. Recognized as America’s Second Independence Day, Juneteenth commemorates the abolition of slavery in the United States.

In a remarkable display of solidarity and style, Beyoncé showcased a series of captivating ensembles exclusively designed by Black fashion designers for her Amsterdam performance. Among the notable designers was Maximilian Davis, the creative director at Ferragamo, who crafted two stunning outfits for the acclaimed singer.

Taking to Instagram, Beyoncé expressed her commitment to the occasion, stating, “In honor of Juneteenth, everything I wore for the Renaissance World Tour tonight was created exclusively by Black designers.”

Davis had the honor of dressing Beyoncé in a mesmerizing red dress intricately embellished with beads and crystals. Additionally, he designed a silver lamé jersey draped mini dress, accentuated with matching thigh-high boots.
