He claimed that the Court had lost its last shred of legitimacy and that Democrats must push to expand the court, add 18-year term limits, and conduct a full ethics investigation of Clarence Thomas.

He highlighted the importance of Presidential Immunity in allowing a President to function properly and make decisions in the best interest of the United States. Trump warned that without Presidential Immunity, Presidents could be extorted and blackmailed, compromising their ability to govern effectively.
