A tornado caused damage in Omaha, Nebraska, on Friday, leaving hundreds of houses and structures damaged in its path of destruction, spanning miles across farmland and subdivisions.

Multiple tornadoes were reported on Friday in both Nebraska and Iowa, according to The Associated Press. However, the most devastating storm moved from mostly rural areas to the northwest suburbs of Omaha, a city with a population of 485,000.
