Kylie Kelce recently expressed her support for Taylor Swift after the singer’s representative debunked rumors surrounding Swift’s alleged marriage to her ex-partner, Joe Alwyn, during their six-year relationship.

Jason Kelce’s wife subtly indicated that she will continue to support the pop star, particularly in light of rumors circulating about Swift’s marital status. Kylie “liked” an Instagram post from Today on December 1, which reported on Taylor’s publicist Tree Paine dismissing “insane” claims that the singer had been married to Joe Alwyn.
These rumors originated from the anonymous gossip site Deuxmoi, alleging that the couple had a wedding ceremony in 2020 or 2021 before news of their split in April 2023.
“Enough is enough with these fabricated lies about Taylor from Deuxmoi,” Tree wrote on X (formerly known as Twitter) on November 30. “There was NEVER a marriage or ceremony of ANY kind. This is an insane thing to post.” ~~~~~~~~~
Despite the rumors, Taylor’s representative added, “It’s time for you to be held accountable for the pain and trauma you cause with posts like these.”
Kylie Kelce, whose brother-in-law Travis Kelce is currently dating Taylor, is familiar with navigating relationships in the public eye.
“It’s not particularly my cup of tea to be in the spotlight or in front of a camera,” Kylie admitted to Spectrum News last month. “I was a communication major in college. I love to be behind it. That’s my bread and butter.”
Travis’ mother, Donna Kelce, has also observed the increased attention on their football family since Taylor and the NFL star publicly acknowledged their relationship.
“It’s just one of those things in life that just somehow things happen and then just exponentially, they just grow, and this year has just been one week after another after another,” Donna said on Impact x Nightline’s November 30 episode. “And it just seems like it’s never going to stop.”
Beyond the public image, Kylie attests that being part of the Kelce family is truly enchanting.
“I was on the outside at the beginning because I’m married in,” she shared with the outlet. “The most amazing part is that I was welcomed in with open arms.”
As a former field hockey player and mother of three daughters with Jason, Kylie explained how she grew to love her husband’s close-knit family.
“It is a little bit of an adjustment,” Kylie noted. “But it feels so warm and inviting like I think a big family feels, like it was sort of second nature to hop in there. And it is as fun as you think it is.”
Taylor Swift also knows this fun firsthand. Recently, the “Blank Space” artist cheered on her significant other alongside quarterback Patrick Mahomes’ wife Brittany Mahomes during the Chiefs vs. Packers game on December 3.
