Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky Separate After 27 Years of Marriage They ‘Are Still Currently Living Together’

Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky have decided to end their marriage after being together for 27 years, according to confirmation from Us Weekly.

Kyle and Mauricio have been separated for some time now, but they are still currently living together,” a source told Us, noting that the estranged couple “are handling the situation amicably as they navigate their next steps.”

The 54-year-old star of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills first met Umansky, 53, in 1994, and they tied the knot in January 1996. They have three daughters together: Alexia, 27, Sophia, 23, and Portia, 15. Umansky is also the stepfather of Richards’ daughter, Farrah Aldjufrie, 34, from her previous marriage to Guraish Aldjufrie.

Just hours before news of their separation broke, the couple shared a photo together on their Instagram Stories to celebrate Faye Resnick’s birthday. “We love you,” Richards captioned the picture, tagging both her friend and her husband. Umansky reposted the photo on his own Instagram Story.

In late June, the couple was spotted in Aspen attending the wedding of Richards’ niece, Whitney Davis, and her now-husband, Luke Graham White.

Despite their public appearances, fans have been speculating about Richards and Umansky’s separation for several months. Richards has been noticeably absent from engaging with Umansky’s social media posts, even failing to “like” tributes to her on Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.

It is expected that Richards and Umansky will address the rumors surrounding their relationship in the upcoming 13th season of RHOBH. Umansky previously denied the split rumors in April.

“We’re not getting divorced… I mean, it’s so dumb,” Umansky explained on the “Two Ts In a Pod” podcast, joking about Richards being photographed without her engagement ring. “There’s this one stupid story that came out, and then the girls, you know, decided to talk about it on the Housewives, so now it’s a storyline. So there are definitely some stories out there, and Kyle and I will address it, and we’ll take it from there. It is what it is.”

He continued, “They did bring it up to Kyle, which is kind of bitchy and really mean because, especially the girls, they actually know what’s going on, and they know exactly what it’s all about.”
